The MCM260X-5AD is a compact analog I/O converter that bridges sensors to Modbus or CANopen networks. It provides four analog input channels and two analog outputs in a DIN rail–mounted module.
The module has 4 analog inputs selectable for thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, current (0–20 mA, 4–20 mA,), voltage (0–1 V, 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 0-60mV), and potentiometers.
Supported thermocouples include K, J, S, and R. Supported RTDs include Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000, and Ni100K. Thermistor types include NTC and PTC.
The MCM260X-5AD provides 2 analog outputs selectable between 4–20 mA and 0–10 V for retransmission or control.
The device operates as a Modbus slave (up to 57,600 baud) or as a CANopen device (up to 1 Mbit/s).
Protocol selection is performed via on-board DIP switches—no special tools are required. You can purchase for one protocol and later switch if needed.
The unit is small in size and designed for standard DIN rail mounting, enabling high-density panel installations.
Common applications include PLC/SCADA expansions, mixed-signal acquisition and retransmission, and systems requiring protocol flexibility between Modbus and CANopen.
